If Twelve Oaks is too fancy, this is the place
Large area for everyday shopping, like Walmart, reasonable priced clothing, sportswear, etc. Also some restaurants. Nothing special, but you can park in front of the shops.

Shopping and walking near restaurants and hotels
A fun place to shop, conveniently located excellent choice of brands. I go there for walks over the weekends. Nice to see people around.
There are PLENTY of food options, and also plenty of shopping...

Variety of businesses
I was able to get several services at this location. I shopped for groceries, apparel, bath and body items, ate at a restaurant and got my hair cut.
