One Eyed Pete’s started with a love of food, BBQ, and local sourcing. After years of exploring great food in Chicago, owner Jeremy Grossenbacher returned to West Michigan to turn that passion into a reality. In 2018, when a neighboring building to his family’s business became available, he saw the perfect opportunity to create a brewery and restaurant. By 2020, One Eyed Pete’s was born, bringing bold flavors and a commitment to quality ingredients to Coopersville.
