Our Summer House

Are you looking for a house close to the beach, playground, and restaurants? This comfortable, 2-story Victorian has been renovated but retains yesteryear charm with lots of windows and original woodwork. It is located in a quiet neighborhood, 3 blocks to Kids Corner Park and 4 blocks to the beach. Majestic old spruce trees shade the yard, and the over-sized lot allows privacy with lots of room for family activities.

The living room opens onto a three-season porch through French doors - a great place to read a book, enjoy a cup of coffee or take an afternoon nap. The living room has a flat screen TV with DVD player. We also provide wireless internet service, DVDs, games and books.

The kitchen and dining room have everything you need to prepare and enjoy a meal. The dining room seats 8 comfortably and the eat-in kitchen has room for 4. There is a gas grill for outdoor cooking, a giant picnic table, and custom Adirondack chairs around the fire circle. Not cooking on vacation? Downtown restaurants, bakery, sandwich shops and the ice cream parlor are a fifteen-minute walk from the front door.

The house sleeps 7: a king size bed in the master bedroom, twin bunk beds in a second upstairs bedroom, and a full size bed in the downstairs bedroom. The porch has a daybed that can sleep one more.

Also included: Linens, paper towels, soap, foil, plastic wrap, herbs and spices, etc. Also three adult bikes & wagon.
