Palomita Nature Reserve is representative of a Great Lakes marsh ecosystem. There are several wetland and forest areas within the preserve that provide habitat for a diversity of native plants and animals. Its location along the Grand Haven Township boardwalk provides ample opportunities for area citizens to enjoy this beautiful property.

Location and Parking~
The trail head is located off of the Grand Haven Township Boardwalk along Lakeshore Avenue just
south of Lake Michigan Drive. Parking is available along Lakeshore Avenue.
