Pickerel Lake Pathway

The Pickerel Lake Pathway is a 1.9 -mile looped footpath that encircles Pickerel Lake and winds along a cedar swamp. The trail climbs through deep woods and provides a scenic lookout where visitors will be able to see miles of hills and forested ridges. There is also a birds-eye-view of Pickerel Lake State Forest Campground. Visitors can stop and take a swim in Pickerel Lake, admire the large pines or stop for a picnic with a view all along the trail.
