Dogs on a leash no longer than six feet are allowed on Miners Beach.

Definitely a beautiful place to visit
The Pictured Rocks themselves are best seen from the water - cruises go out multiple times a day (run by local outfitters, not the National Park service). That said, there are plenty of other sights...
