The Rainbow Trail offers groomed cross country skiing (no snow shoeing) in winter, hiking in other months (at no charge). Located on state land, trail is 5.0 miles long. Mix of heavily canopied hardwood forest and open spaces. Terrain varies from very even to mildly uneven. Trail well marked with “U Are Here” location maps. Parking at trailhead.
