In 2017, the idea of Red Brick Tap & Barrel was moved from a “one day” dream to a reality. Chef Kevin Peterson partnered with Corey Canute to bring Downtown Alpena a taste of the urban restaurants Kevin had seen in Chicago, Denver, and beyond. Inspired by upscale cuisine, craft beer, and great whiskey, the essence of Red Brick was formed. The process of restoring and bringing life to an old building then began. Excellent new restaurant & bar
Incredible atmosphere! Delicious food & drinks. Squash ravioli, chicken sandwich, cheese curd and a Paczki martini. Can’t wait to try more the next time.
