The 1930's Art Deco, single screen movie theatre received the 2008 Governor's Award for Historic Preservation and still offers first-run movies nightly. Owned and operated by the City of Allegan, the Regent provides family-friendly matinees, Monday-Friday during the summer months. With the circa 1935 exterior and interior, this is not your regular movie going experience!

A Real Gem!
This very old theater has been updated with comfortable seating and modern techniques. It is charming, has first run movies in a small town setting, and is sooooo affordable. We love this place!
