Round Lake State Forest Campground

This peaceful, rustic campground sits along the shoreline of Round Lake providing amazing views and good fishing opportunities in the Pigeon River Country State Forest. Visitors can also access the High Country Pathway for amazing hiking and backpacking opportunities. There are 10 sites for tent and small trailer use. Camping is limited to a 15-day maximum stay. Amenities include vault toilets and potable water from a hand-pump well. Located in Otsego County14 miles east of Vanderbilt via Sturgeon Valley Road and Round Lake Road. Sites available on a first-come, first-serve basis. No reservations.
