Sandy Feet Cottage

At the end of a row of 5 cottages, along a private street, sits a 1935 year-round cottage, Sandy Feet, which embraces 21rst century living without letting go of its beloved past. This quaint cottage is one block from the beach with deeded beach access. There is a small view of the lake from the sunroom. Situated *very* close to the stores, restaurants and movie theaters in Fort Gratiot (1 mile north of mall) and only 10 - 15 min. from downtown Port Huron.

The cottage sleeps 7 - 8 comfortably in three private bedrooms (Master with king bed, 'Beach Room' with 2 twin beds & pullout twin trundle, & 'Bunk Room' with 2 twin bunks & antique Ranch Hand's bed). Sandy Feet's daily & weekly prices are completely *inclusive* of cleaning fees and taxes. There is no additional charge for weekends, and all the basic amenities for guests (paper goods, soaps, spices/condiments & coffee/tea/hot chocolate) are included as well. Depending upon the season, nightly rates in 2017 are $150/$200/$250 or $900/$1200/$1500 per week for up to 5 guests ($25 per night per additional guests up to 8 max).

Relax in a recently re-modeled cottage with 2 'smart' TVs with Netflix & Hulu, high speed internet, full kitchen, 1 full bath w/ shower, and sunroom. Located across the street from Lake Huron, a giant deck wraps around two sides of the house with gas grill, umbrella table, chairs, and a wagon full of beach chairs & toys for your time on the sand.
