Body
The Red Trail Loop is located in Seven Lakes State Park in Fenton, Michigan. The Red Trail Loop is shorter than the Green Loop, as it stretches 1.8 miles. Many travelers decide to combine this with the Green Trail Loop to create a slightly longer journey. When combined with the Green Loop, the journey is just about 3.8 miles as it passes by the park’s three largest lakes and covers some of the most scenic areas of the state park. The trail begins at Meadow Ridge Shelter on Big Seven Lake and both hiking and mountain biking are permitted along the pathway.
