Character and warmth have been a tradition for almost a century in this large log lodge on the south shore of Robinson Lake surrounded by 100 acres of woods with walking and cross country ski trails. Enjoy paddle boating in the summer and resting by the fireplace in the winter. Banquet & conference facilities too.

A beautiful place to reset!
A beautiful, peaceful location for our retreat. The ladies loved it and the staff is amazing. We are coming back in 2026!

Birthday Getaway
Wonderful staff, great food, and cozy atmosphere. Was a nice night to get away and unwind. We want to come back in the summer to explore the trails too.

Bad Food at a high price
Food was bad and price was high ... when this place became corporate it lost its personable feel. Seems people work there to make money rather than provide a service.

The Shack is not a Christian Retreat Center. A dishonest place.
Lucy the receptionist is very rude and change the price of my rooms without my consent. Hotels can't legally or ethically change the price of your stay without informing you and getting your consent...

A great place to unwind..
There is nothing better than sitting on a beautiful deck, and watch the boats on the lake. Such a relaxing place. A great place to meet new people.
