Shier's Pasties & More is a locally-owned Michigan pasty shop/sandwich shop in Midland. Our house made pasties have been ranked among the best pasties in Michigan and have steadily grown in popularity in the Great Lakes Bay Region. In addition to our pasties, our menu includes our signature sandwiches made with house-smoked brisket and pastrami, homemade soups and chili (both red and green!), and a rotating list of Chef George's specials. We also sell our Michigan pasties frozen, so you can stock up your freezer until the next time you're in Midland. If you are looking for a taste of Michigan, stop in for lunch or dinner and give us a try.

We are centrally located in Midland on North Saginaw Road, just east of MidMichigan Medical Center. We are also less than 1.5 miles from Dow Gardens, Whiting Forest, and the Midland Center for the Arts.

Disappointing Pasties
We enjoy pasties and thought we would give these a try. We were disappointed. I had chicken and all I could taste was dough and potatoes. My husband had the beef and thought there was too much...

Most flavor & variety! Kind owners too!
Best pasties we had of 3 locations in lower Michigan. We had chicken & beef and then had to get a frozen with beef brisket for breakfast! Highly recommend!!

Excellent Food

Great food
We had the corned beef reuben , brisket dip, baken beans and potato salad. Absolutely delicious food, cant wait to taste a pastie. Service was very friendly. Will definitely be going back and soon.
