Midland Pasty Company

Midland Pasty Company in Midland, Michigan is serving little bit of Michigan history with every handmade pasty. We have evolved over the years from a sandwich shop selling pasties one day a week to a full-time pasty shop. While our sandwich menu retired with our former name (Shier's Pasties & More), we are the same owners with the same commitment to quality. We have expanded our pasty menu to include 7 daily varieties, available both hot and frozen. Our two newest pasties, Pastrami Reuben and Corned Beef Hash, came to us from our former sandwich menu and have quickly become fan favorites. Whether you're enjoying a quick meal in our small dining area, taking a pasty to go to eat in the park, or taking home a Miner's Niner of frozen pasties to stock your freezer, our mission is to bring comfort, joy, and a little taste of Michigan to your table.

We are centrally located in Midland on North Saginaw Road, just east of MidMichigan Medical Center, and a 1/2 mile west of Eastman Avenue. We are also less than 1 1/2 miles from Dow Gardens, Whiting Forest, and the Midland Center for the Arts.
