One of the "in" restaurants in Detroit's Corktown, Slows serves moderately priced barbecue ribs, pulled pork, several sandwiches and a variety of comfort food side dishes in a renovated building with exposed brick walls and wood tables. Chef Brian Perrone says Slows got its name partly because "it gets back to the craft of how things are cooked without processing." Slows is open Monday thru Friday 11am till 2am, and Saturday and Sunday 12pm till 2am.
A Michigan Wine Restaurant serving a selection of Michigan wines.

Great food and service!
Every single thing we tried was top notch! Delicious! Brisket, sandwiches, sides and even the pickles were terrific. Great service too. I totally recommend it.
