One of the "in" restaurants in Detroit's Corktown, Slows serves moderately priced barbecue ribs, pulled pork, several sandwiches and a variety of comfort food side dishes in a renovated building with exposed brick walls and wood tables. Chef Brian Perrone says Slows got its name partly because "it gets back to the craft of how things are cooked without processing." Slows is open Monday thru Friday 11am till 2am, and Saturday and Sunday 12pm till 2am.

Delicious flavorful lunch
We had "the big three" & shared between the 2 of us, outside patio. Top notch flavors and plenty of food. Waitress Emily is the best.
