Nature’s creativity and diversity is on display in our ever-changing lineup of beer, cider, seltzer, and wine. Our creations are inspired by the natural variations and drifting of species that can be found in nature. Using the finest Michigan grown ingredients, a love of science, and a lot of patience, Speciation merely guides the process of fermentation and aging. Speciation’s beverages are a product of natural yeast and bacteria, along with individual attention for each release. Because of these variations in nature, along with the joy of experimentation, every release is unique, informed by the past while looking towards the future.

Great find on afternoon of exploring
A neat find and worth the stop. Great atmosphere inside and out on patio. Really delicious seltzer’s. In east town area. You can bring your own food and enjoy great beer, wine and seltzer.

Under the radar
It’s a great spot in a good neighborhood. They specialize in spurs! I recommend mainly because of their unique flair and the place isn’t that busy compared to many others. You can enjoy a great time...
