Hole-in-the-wall dive restaurant
This is a true dive-restaurant with great breakfast food. Don't expect fine dining, but the food is really good. Have to stop by if you're in Chelsea.

Just had the best Greek pastitsio I've ever had. It isn't a regular on the Stiver's menu but is great as a special. I hope they have it more often.
