Sunset Beach house is a recently-renovated, 6-bedroom cottage on the shores of Upper Scott Lake. This nearly year-round family vacation rental enjoys a beautiful and secluded private lot. This ranch-style home is outfitted in comfortable, country chic decor and is easily accessible with all the living spaces on a single floor. A central great room features open lines of sight to the kitchen and dining room and straight-through picture windows to the yard and lake, making the rural setting and lakefront view available from a variety of vantage points and filling the cottage with calming, natural light. The main sitting area is furnished with a leather reclining sectional and a large, flat-screen TV. The dining area is small and intimate, making it the ideal place for a smaller group to break away for cards or board games. The full modern kitchen is equipped with all the necessary cooking utensils and place settings to host group dinners, as well as the full range of appliances. Another living area can be found in the three-season porch, where guests can lounge on comfy chairs while enjoying a good book. Sleeping arrangements: 6 bedrooms, with a queen bed in 2 bedrooms, a king bed in 2 bedrooms, a full bed in 1 bedroom, and 2 twin beds in the final bedroom.
