Sunset Shores Lake House is a ranch-style cottage settled between the trees on a private beach on Upper Scott Lake. This lovely home has 7 private bedrooms, 4 full baths, a level lawn, a fire pit, and a private dock over clear, shallow water. Decorated in a charming, French countryside style, this wheelchair-accessible vacation home features an open floor plan, spacious rooms, and picture windows with an unbeatable view. The shared living areas include a large, central space with a full kitchen, a breakfast table, a formal dining table, and a sitting area. The kitchen is equipped with dining ware, cookware, utensils, modern appliances, and an island with plenty of work space. The small breakfast table is set for four, while the larger dining table can seat 10 comfortably with two more at island stools. The sitting area is furnished with leather sofas and a large, flat-screen TV. All of these spaces are arranged under a vaulted ceiling with floor-to-ceiling windows on the lake-facing side. Sliding doors open onto an outdoor dining/patio area. Other shared spaces include a second lounge room with two full-sized reclining leather sofas and another TV, as well as a tiled recreation room with a pool table and table tennis and a sunlit screen porch. Sleeping arrangements: Seven bedrooms, including 5 bedrooms with a queen bed in each, 1 bedroom with 2 twin beds, and a final bunk bedroom with 4 twin beds.
