Torch 180 Cafe & Coffee Bar is an award-winning training facility for individuals who have disabilities and disadvantages. Students are trained for employment in all aspects of the food service industry. They run the cafe and coffee bar, inform the menu, handle customers, cook, bake, and prep food, and develop a variety of coffees. The students are then helped to find employment in the food service organizations near their homes.
