Uncommon Coffee Roasters has been spreading love and coffee since 1994. Our core values are built on sustainable practices, inclusivity, celebrating diversity, and giving back to the communities we serve. We’re proud to be a farmer-owned and minority-owned company. Our owners, Bruno Nobre and Mauricio DaSilva both come from multi-generational coffee farming families in the Minas Gerais region of Brazil. By sourcing our coffee from sustainable small farms and cooperatives around the globe and roasting our beans in small batches, we ensure every cup has the richest flavor possible. We care about our community, and as an NGLCC Certified LGBTQ business, we’re proud to offer a safe gathering place for the local LGBTQ community.

Cute coffee shop
Cute coffee shop with very friendly stuff. There was a wide selection of coffee options. Good pastries. Lots of seating in back garden. Coffee was really good.

Local gem
Smooth and delicious coffee. The best ice coffee I’ve had. All I needed was a little cream. No sweetener to make it taste better. Just so good on its own. Local gem!

Terrific stop for coffee and a muffin!
Cozy little coffee shop with great muffins and coffee. Varied seating styles, room sectioned off for some privacy. The only issue was a rather limited selection of scones, but perhaps we should have...

Cookies not what they used to be
We went especially for the delicious lemon cookies of the past. No lemon cookies. We tried a chocolate chip and a peanut butter cookie. Both were heavy and dry. Disappointed. Coffee average.
