Major disappointment
Half the stores were shut down. Very disappointing. We drove 3 hours to come here and were shocked at the state of the outlet mall and the lack of visitors considering it’s 3 weeks until Christmas...

Would be better with new entrance
Entrance to the mall must be changed as it’s difficult to get in/out of. Applebees also same problem.

Look up open stores before shopping there.
Went out of the way to go to the West Branch outlets. Had no idea how small & vacant the outlets are. Bath & Body Works & Old Navy are fine but not worth the trip. Sad to see. Must have been nice...
