There is a kitchen, dining, and great room in a large open floor plan; with 6 bedrooms, 2 family rooms, a loft overlooking the great room, and 3.5 bathrooms. There are breathtaking views from every room! The two bedrooms downstairs, with a queen size bed in each room, are just down the hall from a 'senior' friendly bathroom (grab bars in the shower/tub). Perfect for the grandparents! Evans Lake is a clean, all sports, great fishing, and all fun lake. There is a large yard with a volleyball net, swimming platform, dock, lakeside patio with fire pit, deck with gas grill, and sandy beach perfect for the little ones.
