Zingerman’s Bakehouse is an artisanal bakery with a baking school in Ann Arbor, Michigan. What started 30 years ago as a simple bread bakery with a single customer—Zingerman’s Delicatessen—has grown into a bustling business making breads, pastries, cakes, lunch items (and so much more!) that we proudly serve to guests in our Bakeshop, our Zingerman’s partner businesses, the southeastern Michigan community and beyond. We’re open 7am - 7pm, 363 days a year.

SO expensive it hurt!! $200 for a cake and a thing of artichoke hearts and sundried tomato spread SO TINY !!! 34.00 for the artichoke hearts and there are like 12 , maybe ! Cake was TINY and $120.00...

Most of the reviews you read are correct. The quality is excellent and the taste is epic but the prices are high. It’s double the cost of my bakery at home. Is it twice as good? No. Overall I think...

Business Trip to Saline
This place is over the top amazing!! The cheese monger is absolutley the bomb. I sampled and conversed and left with an alfresco dinner with some amazing cheeses, meats, and bread.
