The spookiest time of year is once again upon us and Tibbits wants you to celebrate an early Halloween with them on October 24 at this year’s Monster Fest. The evening starts at 8:00pm with a live musical performance from Kalamazoo-based minimalist synth punk band Spatter Pattern. The evening
