Join the Recreation Department for a cookie decorating evening at Palmer Park on Dec. 5! Kids, ages 3 or older, and their adult will work together to decorate a plate of cookies with icing, sprinkles, sparkles and more. After decorating, enjoy a hot cocoa bar before heading home for the night
