America 250 Hometown Block Party

The community of Petoskey is planning a two-evening Fourth of July celebration in 2026 to honor the 250th anniversary of the United States. The expanded event will feature a new community block party on July 3 followed by the town’s traditional holiday festivities on July 4. The event has been expanded the schedule to a two-day format to accommodate the scale of the nation’s semi-quincentennial milestone.
