Cascade's Metro Cruise Warm Up

Since 2010, the Warm Up has been a staple event for Cascade, and the unofficial kick-off to the big Metro Cruise event weekend. Featuring an awesome collection of locally-owned collector cars, live music, tasty local food options, official merchandise, Kent County Sheriff K9 demonstration, fire truck display, kids events including free face painting, and more!

Key details:

• Date and time: Thursday, August 20, 2025 from 4pm-8pm
• Location: Cascade Rd & 28th Street (6797 Cascade Rd, Cascade, MI)
• Free admission, free parking for general cars AND collector cars (register at booth)
• 50/50 Raffle supporting Cascade Community Foundation 
• LIVE music on stage from 5:00pm – 7:30pm
• Free kids face painting courtesy of United Bank
• Demonstrations from multiple K9 units from throughout West Michigan County Sheriff displays – tactical truck, cruiser, motorcycles
• Fire truck display courtesy of Cascade FD

Food and treats:

1. Red Hot GR – Born from the famous Red Hot Inn restaurant - hot dogs with all the toppings
2. Patty Matters – Hand-crafted beef, turkey, chorizo, salmon, and veggie burgers, chili cheese fries, potato bombs, sweet potato fries, chili
3. Saladino Smoke – Pork, brisket, or chicken. Sides: corn bread casserole, tots, cheesy potatoes, baked beans, mac-n-cheese, coleslaw
4. Sip Shack – Fun dirty sodas, lemonades, energy drinks
5. Olly’s Donuts – famous and delicious mini donuts with toppings
