Randy Minish grew up in Bellaire, MI and brings with him over twenty years of experience in everything from coffee shops, artisan bakeries, mom and pop bistros, and James Beard award winning restaurants. A graduate of Great Lakes Culinary Institute he has worked locally as well as in Detroit, San Francisco, and Portland. From 2019 to 2023 he co-owned Terrain in Bellaire, MI with his sister Shana Minish. There he worked to express the flavors, ingredients, and flavors of the region, a perspective he brings with him to Chateau Chantal.
