Copemish Heritage Days is a small community festival held in the Copemish Village Park; this takes place the first weekend of August every year.
This year 2025 we have a huge weekend selection of FUN events! Friday night at 7pm starts it off with a live band, street dance, beer tent, kids' activities, food trucks, and ice cream all leading up to a HUGE fireworks display at 10pm. On Saturday we start at 11am with food trucks, arts/craft vendors, several local community organizations and pony rides. Then our annual parade is at 1pm with lots of locals joining in the community spirit. Following the parade the fun continues with a live fishing pond, penny scramble, bounce houses, carnival games, fire truck rides, cake walk, face painting and more. At 2:30pm make sure to come see Clark Lewis, a national act that boasts himself as a juggler, stunt performer, and showman. His personal style of performance combines both dramatic and playful elements, as well as incredible and often daring circus stunts. Don't miss out on winning all the great raffle prizes that will be drawn at 3:30pm following the show. That brings us to Sunday with the annual 5K Run and Walk that helps promote the Copemish Historical Society that started it all. When your done with that stop into St. Raphaels Church for a delicious homemade pancake breakfast. It really is a whole weekend of community coming together and having FUN!
