Come join us for a breath of fresh air at the Snug Wellness Club. We will meet among the trees as we breathe, be mindful, share stories, and be educated on a better path to mental health. Experience Serene yoga among the Snug trees. Breath prayer and grounding in the present moment.
Bring beach towel, mat, blanket to sit on, or just sit in nature. Age 8 yrs. and up may participate. Please bring a chair if you wish. No judgement zone club. Picnic items and lunches are welcome after and before the retreat. We will continue under pavilion near Snug Harbor if needed due to weather.

Register for Snug Wellness club - choose 1 month or all four Snug-Serene mini-retreats. Book soon as space is limited- 18 participants for each monthly retreat. Pick your month. If you reserve the series and come back each month, a discount will be added.
