Hines’ Lines features artworks inspired by American road pioneer Edward N. Hines (1870–1938). Among Hines' contributions are (1) the concept of painting a centerline on roads, (2) the establishment of an extensive parkway system, and (3) the paving of the first full mile of concrete road in the world. Also, on view the artwork of teen emerging artist Max Uptergrove. Join us for the free opening reception on Friday, September 5, 5 – 8 pm. Learn more at www.northvillearthouse.org/hines-lines/.
