Sound Bath + Forest Bathing Experience with Gathered Botanicals and Monarch Music

We are stepping out of the shop and into forest for this very special sound bath with Gathered Botanicals!

Step into the stillness of the forest, where the earth grounds us in a symphony of strength, and the healing sounds guides us inward. Join us for an immersive experience as we close out summer and shift into the fall season, feeling the openness to the ever-changing cycles of nature as well as within ourselves.

We will begin our time with a gentle, meditative walk beneath the canopy of trees. Leading us to a nearby creek. An invitation to slow down and allow the grounding presence of the forest to bring us into the present moment.

We will continue our meditative walk to gather within the pines for an immersive experience with 2 sound bath facilitators. Filling the air with crystal bowls, chimes, and sacred tones as they echo through the trees. Allowing the sounds to wash over us, resonate with the land, and invite a deep calm.

As part of this offering, guests will enjoy two herbal remedy beverage preparations. As well as a handcrafted product from Gathered Botanicals, which will be woven into the experience and gifted to take home. A reminder of the forest's quiet healing to carry with you.
