Join us for a guided, one-hour Tea and Chocolate Tasting featuring four of our signature chocolate teas paired with four bean-to-bar chocolates, all made from scratch in our shop.
One cocoa bean, two applications. The nib becomes chocolate. The husk becomes tea. Nothing goes to waste, and you’ll taste both sides of that story.
We start with our Classic Chocolate Tea, made from roasted cacao husks, then move through blends with seasonal ingredients, black tea, green tea, or rooibos. Each tea is paired with a chocolate crafted to highlight its flavor.
Along the way, you’ll learn how cacao shapes flavor, how chocolate differs from coffee, and how to brew chocolate tea at home.
The menu rotates seasonally, so each tasting offers something new. With just 12 seats, the experience stays small, interactive, and personal.
