Detroit’s Sax Maniacs Band has been performing in the Detroit area since 2003. The group plays great sax driven Blues & Soul music that everybody can sing along too. The band features smokin’ saxophone, a female and male singer, keys and guitar along with an awesome rhythm section. The band also performs original blues material.
The Sax Maniacs recently played in Greektown for the 2024 NFL Draft Party and also at the 2024 & 2025 Royal Oak Winter Blast and Arts, Beats and Eats Festival. The group was just featured on WDIV TV 4 performing their hit original song, The Next One Back In Detroit.
The Sax Maniacs will be performing all their original songs in concert along with special sax driven music.
Concerts will be on the Fountain Terrace with a rain location in the Meeting Room. Please bring along your own lawn chair. $5 suggested admission. Generously sponsored by the Friends of the Southfield Public Library.
