he Mackinac Bridge Antique Tractor Crossing is an annual event where antique tractor enthusiasts traverse Michigan’s iconic Mackinac Bridge, celebrating the state’s rich agricultural heritage. The 16th Annual Crossing is scheduled for Saturday, September 6, 2025.

Start Time: Tractors depart from the south staging area in Mackinaw City between 8:45 and 9:00 a.m.
Parade Route: The procession begins in Mackinaw City, crosses the Mackinac Bridge, and continues through downtown St. Ignace, concluding at the Little Bear East Arena.
Spectator Information:
Staging Area Viewing: The public is welcome to visit the tractor staging area, located at a gravel pit two miles west of Mackinaw City on Central Avenue, on Thursday or Friday from 11:00 a.m. to 2:00 p.m. Please avoid parking on Central Avenue; instead, drive into the gravel pit where staff will direct you to designated parking areas. A people mover is available to transport visitors within the staging area.
Parade Viewing: In Mackinaw City, spectators can typically watch along the parade route. To see tractors exiting the bridge, the Mackinac Bridge Authority Welcome Center offers viewing spots, though availability may vary annually. In St. Ignace, vantage points extend from the Family Dollar store to the NAPA store downtown, with the Marina being a notable location (limited parking available).
