This annual festival, put on the Ludington Area Jaycees, brings family fun to the holiday! The grand parade steps off at 2 p.m. and can be seen on Ludington Avenue west of Washington Avenue. With the tradition of the Scottville Clown Band finishing out the parade. The fireworks over Lake Michigan begin at dusk and can be viewed from any local beach.
