Sand Sculpture Contest

With a shovel and pail in hand at the 41st Annual Sand Sculpture Contest, you’ll be sure to enjoy a beautiful summer day at Grand Haven City Beach! Visitors, residents, and businesses of the Grand Haven Area are invited to participate in the Sand Sculpture Contest, spectate from the sideline, and even cast a “people’s choice” vote! The contest will be held on Saturday, June 20, 2026. This family-friendly event is a great way to kick off your summer along Lake Michigan while putting your sand sculpting skills to the test!
