The AuSable Valley Triathlon begins at the Mio Pond Boating Access Site, managed by Rifle River Recreation Area, and offers a scenic, multi-sport challenge through Northern Michigan.
The race kicks off with a 1-mile kayak course across Mio Pond, followed by an 11-mile bike ride to Boney Park in Fairview. The final leg is a 3-mile run from Boney Park to the Wellspring property, where participants will finish strong.
Registration and parking are located at the Mio Pond Boating Access Site. Participants may register the day of the event between 7:45–8:00 AM, or in advance online at: https://runsignup.com/Race/MI/Mio/AuSableValleyTriathlon
Both individuals and teams are welcome to compete. Entry fees range from $35–$55 per person. Lunch and a t-shirt are included in the entry fee.
Proceeds support Love INC of Oscoda County, a non-profit helping people in need in Oscoda County.
