As we gather for the fifth and final stop of our Blue Zones dinner series, we journey to Loma Linda, California—an evening inspired by the vibrant, “wild” abundance of the West Coast. This closing experience celebrates fresh fish, peak-season fruits, and garden-forward ingredients that reflect California’s natural richness and longevity-focused lifestyle. We are honored to welcome Ludovic Lacourte of Black Oak Ridge Ranch in Anderson Valley, CA, who will personally curate and serve exceptional wine pairings, including selections from his own vineyard. With roots in a storied French winemaking family from Château-Chalon, his wines bring both heritage and place to the table—creating a memorable finale.
Pull up a chair at The Long Table—our signature farm-to-table dining experience where Chef Kaytie introduces unforgettable flavors and meaningful connection. Inspired by the world’s Blue Zones—regions where people live to 100 and beyond—each gathering celebrates wellness, indulgence, and longevity through seasonal ingredients, shared meals, and intentional living. Set around a beautifully styled communal table, guests enjoy refined, garden-driven cuisine crafted with care, creating an evening rooted in beauty, flavor, and connection.
