The Boardman Lake Trail is a 2-mile trail in the heart of Traverse City that hugs the east side of Boardman Lake. The trail grants easy access to the public library, Medalie and Hull Parks and city neighborhoods. Boardman Trail is part of a network of four trails located in the Grand Traverse and Leelanau County areas developed for walking, biking, running, in-line skating, and commuting. The four trails include the Boardman Lake Trail, Leelanau Trail, TART Trail and the Vasa Pathway.
