From a small wood-fired oven and tent outside of a Lansing brewery to a wood-fired pizza food truck (Captain’s Wööd Fired Pies) in the midst of a worldwide pandemic and now calling downtown Brighton home with a brick and mortar storefront right on Main Street. The Captain’s brand has always been about bringing the community together, supporting fellow entrepreneurs, small businesses and local farms, and above all else GOOD VIBES!
