Michele Pfeffer (maiden name, Coratti) is the fourth of five children in the Coratti family, a close-knit, Italian family from Detroit. She opened Coratti's on Main in the quaint downtown of Milford in 2008. Her mission is to offer a true Italian family dining experience, which includes the atmosphere, the service and, of course, the food.
