Newaygo County Welcome Center and Sports Park
The Parks Commission and the Newaygo Community Recreation Authority jointly manage the Newaygo County Sports Park to promote Newaygo County's natural resources, recreation, local history, culture, attractions, and businesses. . The Sports Park offers free access to a sledding hill, Little Lake Placid, a connector trail to the North County National Scenic Trail, John Graves Lodge, and the snowmobile trailhead for the LP3 trail. Enjoy nature year-round at the Newaygo County Sports Park. This park does not require a vehicle permit for access.
