Paul Bennett Recreation Center & Howell Area Parks & Recreation Authority

The Paul Bennett Recreation Center is a multi-purpose community facility that provides enrichment programs for residents and visitors in the Howell community from preschool to seniors. It also houses the Howell Parks and Recreation Department's main office. It has four tennis courts, outdoor volleyball, picnic, and playground areas. Rooms are available to rent by calling our office. Program registrations are taken in the main office. Thai Summit America Outdoor Ice Rink is open during winter for all ages. Bring your own skates. Winter open 9am to 8pm daily.
