The Pontiac Public Library opened in 1924. Its current location (open since 1959) is on 60 East Pike Street in Pontiac MI, on the corner of Pike Street and Woodward Avenue, across from the Pontiac City Hall. The library services a population of approximately 60,000 residents. Its building, consisting of two floors, is 20,000 square feet. We provide books, magazines, music, and videos in both physical and digital formats. We also provide computer classes, educational and fun programs, test proctoring, notary services, and more.
