Grass Lake

The Grass Lake Depot and Whistletop comes from the book "Whistlestop" written in 1941 by Maritta Wolff, who grew up in Grass Lake. It became a best seller and later a movie "Whistle Stop" starring George Raft and Ava Gardner.
