4th of July Buffet at Boatwerks

Celebrate Independence Day with great food, summer vibes, and waterfront views at our 4th of July Boatwerks Backyard Griller Buffet! Join us from 6–9 pm in the courtyard or open-air ballroom for a festive buffet featuring St. Louis-style spare ribs, BBQ pulled pork, BBQ chicken, baked beans, five-cheese mac & cheese, brisket & jalapeño mac & cheese, assorted salads, fresh sliced watermelon, an ice cream sundae bar, and a variety of delicious desserts.
