Bloom & Gather | Floral Artistry Retreat at Moondance Flower Farm

Bloom & Gather is an intimate, one-day flower farm experience at Moondance Flower Farm on Old Mission Peninsula in Traverse City. Designed for guests who love flowers, creativity, local food, and meaningful seasonal experiences, the day invites you to slow down and spend a summer day surrounded by blooms.

Guests will begin with coffee, pastries, and a guided farm tour before creating botanical prints and pressed floral art. The afternoon includes harvesting flowers from the field, learning how seasonal blooms are cut and conditioned, and exploring floral and tablescape design with flowers grown at Moondance.

The experience concludes with wine in the garden and a private chef dinner by Jennifer Kuhar of Mission Proper, served around a flower-filled table created with blooms from the farm.

Bloom & Gather is intentionally limited to 12 guests, creating a personal, welcoming, and unhurried experience. Guests will leave with handmade botanical pieces, new floral knowledge, and memories from a unique Northern Michigan summer day.
