It’s a bird! It's a plane! It's a Fool with wings!
FoolMoon returns to downtown Ann Arbor with light-filled art, street dancing, and Foolish FUN! This magical outdoor nighttime event features hundreds of quirky community-made luminary sculptures centered around a huge outdoor dance party! This year's theme, "Fools of a Feather", invites winged creatures of all kinds to come dance the night away!
On Friday, April 10th, 7:30pm, FoolMoon participants will gather at one of three “Constellation Stations” (Slauson Middle School, U-M Art Museum, or Kerrytown Farmers Market) to form a huge processional to downtown Ann Arbor. Stepping off at 8pm, celebrants will dance and cavort through downtown Ann Arbor, winding through neighborhoods and past stores and restaurants, arriving at Washington & Ashley for this popular outdoor celebration of luminous artwork, creative costumes, and Live Music!
